Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support agent in Porto to be the first contact for French customers, assisting with mobile, internet, billing and account questions by phone, email and chat.

This on-site role offers full paid training, a stable international placement, and a multicultural Porto team. Schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with shifts between 7:00 and 19:00; relocation is not included.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1 or native) required.
• Residence within 30 km of Porto.
• EU work authorization or Portuguese residence permit.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests in French by phone, email and chat.
• Answer questions about services, contracts, billing and account settings.
• Troubleshoot basic service issues and resolve them where possible.
• Record each interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team.

Join the customer support team of a leading French telecommunications company in Porto. As the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, you will help them with their mobile, internet, billing and account questions by phone, email and chat, and guide them to the right solution.
