Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support agent in Porto, Portugal. You will be the first contact for French-speaking customers, assisting with mobile, internet, billing and account questions by phone, email and chat.

Join a multinational team offering on-site work, full paid training, and an immediate start. Availability Monday to Saturday, shifts between 7:00 and 19:00 is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1 or native) required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience in support is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound requests from French-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Explain services, contracts, billing, and account settings.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed.
• Accurately record interactions in the CRM system.

About the position

Join the customer support team of a leading French telecommunications company in Porto. As the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, you will help them with their mobile, internet, billing and account questions by phone, email and chat, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests in French by phone, email and chat


• Answer questions about services, contracts, billing and account settings


• Troubleshoot basic service issues and resolve them where possible


• Record each interaction accurately in the CRM system


• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1 or native)


• Residence within 30 km of Porto


• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude


• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 19:00


• EU work authorization or a valid Portuguese residence permit


• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
