Lingo-nova in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email in French (C2) and English (B2+), with rotating shifts Monday to Saturday 07:00–19:00.

This role offers a base salary of €930 gross paid over 14 months, a guaranteed €100 bonus for three months, a daily meal allowance of €9, and travel reimbursement up to €40. Modern offices and an international team await.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian
• Support customers with account-related requests, product guidance, order status, and basic device troubleshooting
• Ensure full compliance with brand, quality, and regulatory standards, including strict age-verification procedures
• Accurately document all customer interactions in English within internal CRM systems
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalations when required
• Stay up to date with product updates, campaigns, and support processes
• Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native or C2-level fluency in French
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic productsPrevious experience in customer support, retail, or consumer-focused roles is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
