Armatis-lc in Guimarães is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-growing energy project. You will make and receive calls to assist customers, handle inquiries, and support them through their journey.

You will work in our office initially, with a path to remote work after 3 to 4 months based on performance. A collaborative team, training, and an attractive salary package are provided.

Competenze

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with results orientation.
• Availability for full-time, 40 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Make and receive calls to assist customers with inquiries.
• Handle customer requests through back-office channels.
• Advise and support customers throughout their experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Perform sales-related tasks according to project requirements.
• Ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
