Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Guimarães, Portugal (On-site initially; hybrid/remote option after 3–4 months).
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day).
• Shift Times: Rotational shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Note: Candidates must currently reside in Portugal (no relocation package provided).

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our energy sector support team, you will:

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Inquiries: Assist customers warmly and efficiently via telephone and back-office digital channels.
• Problem-Solve: Identify customer needs, address concerns, and suggest effective, tailored solutions.
• Maintain Quality & Care: Handle objections professionally and provide a top-tier customer experience.
• Sales Support: Support sales-related queries and product promotions according to project goals.
• Utilize Tech Tools: Multi-task across various digital platforms, specialized software, and IT databases.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: C1 or C2 level fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Residency: Must already be residing in Portugal.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong standard computer literacy and software skills.
• Customer Focus: Outstanding communication skills, high empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.
• Availability: Flexible to work 40 hours per week within the rotational shift window.
