Armatis-lc is hiring a French-speaking customer advisor based in Guimarães/Porto, Portugal. The role starts with office-based training, with potential remote work after 3–4 months if performance targets are met.

You will manage inquiries by phone and back-office channels, guide customers through their journey, identify needs, handle objections, and contribute to sales tasks within a dynamic energy-sector project.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to propose effective solutions
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre or advisory roles is advantageous
• Willingness to work variable/rotating schedules
• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in Guimarães, within a dynamic, welcoming and well-equipped working environment.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.
