Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French.
• Customer support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and apps.
• Availability for rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Braga.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the app's features and use.
• Provide support primarily through inbound calls.
• Answer questions on account creation and balance management.
• Inform customers about all service features.
