Cross Border Talents in Braga is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. You will support users of an app-based solution that helps employees manage benefits such as meal, mobility and gift vouchers, mainly through inbound calls.

The role offers a 6-month contract, a hybrid work model, a welcome bonus during the first year, a daily food allowance, and provided work equipment for those outside a 50 km radius.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and apps
• Availability for rotational shifts, Monday to Friday
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Braga

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the app's features and use
• Provide support primarily through inbound calls
• Answer questions on account creation and balance management
• Inform customers about all service features
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
