Katsrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and email, handling account setups, order inquiries, and billing questions.

You will troubleshoot issues using our CRM tools, document interactions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases, delivering empathetic and timely support in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic listening and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist French-speaking customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, effective resolutions.
• Maintain high CSAT through empathetic and timely communication.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to specialized teams.
