Qualificações

• Native or near-native French with good working English (B2)
• Experience in customer support or related service roles is advantageous
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset

Responsabilidades

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, live chat and email
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain high CSAT through empathetic and professional communication
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
