Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Advertising Product Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide B2B support to advertisers, handle product troubleshooting, and manage paid campaigns while collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering teams.

The role combines customer service with digital advertising expertise, requires native French and English at least B2, and offers relocation support and a competitive compensation of €930 per month paid over 14 salaries gross.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent French speakers with fluent English (minimum B2)
• Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory
• Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising
• Strong customer service skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to work well independently and in a team are important
