CB Talents SP in Porto, Portugal is hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join on-site. You will handle inbound calls, assist with subscriptions, billing, and troubleshooting, delivering personalized service in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The role offers a base salary of 1020€ gross monthly for 14 months, plus a guaranteed 100€ gross bonus for the first three months, meal allowance, transport support, a 150€ welcome bonus after month four, and private health insurance

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Porto, Portugal!

Are you fluent in French and looking for an international opportunity in a dynamic and multicultural environment? Join a leading customer experience company in Porto!

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm

What we offer:
Base salary: 1020€ gross x14 months
Guaranteed bonus of 100€ gross during the first 3 months (with higher performance bonus opportunities afterwards)
Meal allowance: 9.60€/day (meal card)
Transportation reimbursement up to 40€
Welcome bonus of 150€ gross paid in the 4th month
Private health insurance after 4 months

Your mission:

Requirements:
French fluent/native level
Good communication skills
