Job summary

CB Talents is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Porto, Portugal. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with weekends off. You will respond to inquiries in French and English, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to travelers and clients.

The position offers a base salary of €1,000/month (paid over 14 months) plus a monthly food allowance of €167.86. Shared accommodation relocation support is available for up to 12 months.

Requirements
