Job summary

What you'll do

• This is an entry-level, on-site customer support role for two French-speaking Advisors handling Level 1 enquiries for a French betting brand. Day-to-day, they take inbound calls, chats and emails about winnings, account management and login issues, escalating anything beyond Level 1 and using or adapting templates for written replies. It is a fast-turnaround campaign (CVs due 16 October, start 19 October) with a relocation package aimed at French speakers moving to Lisbon. In short: Customer Support + Inbound Voice/Chat/Email + Account & Login Queries + French Native + Betting/Lisbon Mon-Sun 7.30AM - 9 PM

What we're looking for

• Native/C2 French English sufficient for a live language verification during the interview (level not specified)
• EU citizen (work permit holders and visa sponsorship not accepted)

Salary

€970 per month (gross)

• Performance Bonus: Up to €120 based on KPI (applicable from 4th month onwards)

Relocation support

• €360/month for 3 months (reimbursed at the end of the month)
• Assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent accommodation
• Reimbursement of up to €200 for the cost of a travel ticket (reimbursed after 3 months upon providing receipt)
