Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking customer service professional for a Braga, Portugal position with a leading outsourcing/BPO partner. The role is hybrid, requiring native French (C2) and fluent English (B2).

You will respond to inquiries across channels, delivering accurate and timely support to maintain customer satisfaction. Shifts run Monday to Friday 07:00–19:00 (rotational) and Saturday 08:00–15:00.

About the role

What you'll do

• This is a hybrid customer service position based in Braga, Portugal, with a leading Outsourcing/BPO partner. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support. The representative helps resolve issues, fosters positive relationships, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction and team objectives. Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts). Saturday: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM. 2 days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day Please note that for Braga positions, candidates must have C2/Native-level French with no accent. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with their application. Candidates located outside this area, or those requiring relocation, will not be considered, as no relocation package is offered for the Braga positions

What we're looking for

Salary

€930 per month (gross)

• Up to 155€ per month productivity bonus
• Food allowance (7,63€ per working day)
• Health insurance since day 1 upon monthly payment (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS, if not, they first need to take care of it, as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance). Free after 6 months of contract

Relocation support

• Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered for this remote position
