About the role

What you'll do

• An on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Social Media project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

What we're looking for

• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Salary

€1,100 per month (gross)

Benefits

• Complexity bonus of €100 Health insurance Meal allowance 7.63€ /day We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Relocation support

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation
