CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a French-speaking Travel Advisor in Lisbon. You will handle bookings, reservations and adjustments via chat, email and phone, delivering smooth customer experiences and maintaining records.

A six-week nesting period with coaching starts your onboarding. The role offers 14 salaries per year plus a base and performance bonuses, language bonus, and meal allowance, with relocation support included.

Qualificações

• Fluent French speaker with working English (B2).
• On-site work in Lisbon city center.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting/visualization skills.

About the role

CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to search for enthusiastic French-speaking Travel Advisors to join their Lisbon operations. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding support via chat, email, and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. You’ll handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive. What you'll do

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone. Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments. Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally. Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication. Follow internal procedures and quality standards. Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights. Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use

What we're looking for

• French speaker with B2 English skills
• Ability to work on site in Lisbon city center
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred Advanced
• Excel and reporting/data visualization skills. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders

Salary

1100EUR base salary (x14) plus 150EUR fix Salary / bonus 100EUR monthly performance bonus on top language bonus + meal allowance (7EUR based on results EUR daily)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
