Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative on-site to join a global technology and services leader.

You will assist customers via phone, email, chat and social media, resolve questions about features and payments, guide through account creation and identity verification, and escalate complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualificações

• High level of French (oral and written) and fluent English (C1).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is often preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance through phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
• Answer questions about features, functionality, and account setup.
• Help customers resolve app-related technical issues, such as login errors or payment delays.
• Guide users through the account creation or identity verification process.
• Build and maintain a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams.
