Cross Border Talents is recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Consultants to join our vibrant team in Lisbon. You will assist clients through phone, live chat and email, guiding users through digital financial services with a calm, professional touch.

You’ll diagnose issues, handle payments, and ensure privacy and compliance under GDPR, while acting as a bridge between users and technical teams to improve the product.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with professional English (B2) for training and communication.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon or currently reside there.
• Ability to learn new digital tools and multiple software platforms.
• Strong empathy and service-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide French-speaking omnichannel support via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose payment issues, billing questions and security matters.
• Follow GDPR and security rules to ensure transaction safety.
• Liaise between users and technical teams, relay feedback.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a calm approach.
