Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Representative to ensure performance goals across operations and meet client expectations for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvements. The role is on-site in Lisbon and requires Italian language skills and fluent English.

You will assist customers via email or phone, handle bookings, cancellations and billing issues, and gather information to enter into the platform while helping promote the client’s brand and delivering excellent

Qualificações

• High level Italian (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• As a Customer Representative, you will: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
