Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients via inbound calls, chat, or email, helping ensure high-quality service and meeting client expectations on-site.

You will resolve product or service issues, provide accurate information, and listen to customers’ needs while maintaining confidentiality and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualificações

• Polish language skills (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
• Patience when communicating and solving issues.
• Respect for data privacy and confidentiality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
• Provide accurate information using the correct methods/tools.
• Deliver real-time, accurate information to empower customer decisions.
• Listen to customers’ situations and acknowledge their needs.
• Exceed service expectations to leave a memorable experience.
