Job summary

BlueView Talent in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to join a diverse, international team. You will support customers through phone, email, live chat and other channels, delivering courteous, accurate assistance and building lasting relationships.

Requirements include fluent French (C1/C2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in customer support. Onsite work, meal allowance, transport support and health & life insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)

• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional assistance across phone, email, live chat and other support channels.
• Respond to inquiries concerning accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and other customer-related matters.
• Share accurate and relevant information while adhering to internal guidelines, company policies, and established procedures.
• Assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions within the expected timeframe.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Help customers navigate relevant systems, platforms, procedures, and available services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Recognize complex or sensitive situations and refer them to the relevant departments when appropriate.
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve defined KPIs covering customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolution efficiency.
• Continuously update knowledge of company offerings, procedures, policies, and services through training and ongoing learning.
