Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, invites you to join as a Customer Agent. You will be the first contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a smooth and satisfying support experience.

We are seeking someone fluent in French (C1/C2), with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in customer support. You will grow with us through training in a fast-paced environment, with onsite office and relocation

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related role.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, account-related requests, and concerns while meeting service standards.
• Provide accurate information, practical guidance, and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, actions, and case resolutions accurately within internal support systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams following company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and professional development.
