Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Deliver timely, professional assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Record interactions and maintain accurate case notes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues following company procedures to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, response times, and satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with products, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
