Responsabilités

• Deliver courteous, professional assistance across phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about accounts, products, services, orders and payments.
• Provide accurate information while following guidelines and policies.
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions within timeframe.
• Address questions, complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Help customers navigate relevant systems, platforms and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Recognize complex or sensitive cases and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate concerns and resolve issues.
• Achieve KPIs for satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolutions.
• Continuously update knowledge of offerings and procedures through training.
