Job summary

Transcom is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. You will be the frontline for B2B and B2C support, handling inquiries across channels and performing backoffice tasks with internal tools.

The role emphasizes empathy in written communication and analytical problem-solving across multiple markets. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary, a bonus system, paid training, and opportunities for internal career progression

Qualifications

• C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in French.
• B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English.
• Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included).
• Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule.
• Good computer skills (required).
• Ability to generate empathy in written form.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to manage time and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels.
• Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls.
• Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications.
• Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets.
