Job summary

AVEC Human Resources Services seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing project in Guimarães. You will support customers via calls and back-office channels, delivering a smooth and positive experience in a dynamic environment.

The role starts on-site with potential remote work after 3-4 months based on performance. You should be proactive, communicative, and customer-focused, bringing strong French skills and solid computer abilities to the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent French (C1/C2) required.
• Solid computer skills and IT literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with results-driven approach.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Availability for rotating schedules.
• Full-time availability (40h/week).
• Residing in Portugal (no relocation provided).

Responsibilities
