Avec is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Guimarães-based team in Portugal. The role involves assisting customers via calls and back-office channels to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

Initially on-site with potential remote work after 3–4 months based on performance. You will work in a modern office environment with a focus on client satisfaction and proactive support.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required (C1/C2)
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with office tools
