Role Overview We are looking for French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a growing project in Guimarães. In this role, you will support customers through calls and back-office channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This opportunity is ideal for communicative, proactive professionals who enjoy helping customers and working in a dynamic environment.

Work Organization This position is based in modern offices in Guimarães, offering a welcoming and well-equipped workspace. To ensure a strong start, the first months are fully on-site. After 3 to 4 months, remote work may be possible depending on performance.

Your Responsibilities
