Job summary

Armatis-lc is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Guimarães team. The role involves handling calls, back-office support, guiding customers throughout their journey, and selling where needed. Initial office-based onboarding with potential remote work after 3–4 months, based on performance.

The ideal candidate has flawless French (C1/C2), strong computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset, ready for a full-time schedule in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent French written and spoken (C1/C2 mandatory).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with IT tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer service experience in calls, support or sales is a plus.
• Willing to work in rotating schedules and full-time (40 h/week).
• Resident in Portugal; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers.
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels.
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience.
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Handling objections and complaints professionally.
• Performing sales-related tasks according to project requirements.
• Ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.
• Using different IT applications, systems and digital tools.
