Atlean World in Lisbon is seeking a French Social Media Business Support to join its multilingual client experience team. You will answer questions by phone, chat and email, resolve issues and ensure friendly, brand-compliant interactions.

You’ll log interactions, work with your team to improve service, and enjoy a relocation package with accommodation in shared apartments, Portuguese lessons and a path to leadership through internal development programs.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and good English.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Availability to work in shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
• Resolve problems and create positive experiences for every customer.
• Follow brand guidelines and quality standards on interactions.
• Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the service.
