Cross Border Talents is seeking French-speaking professionals to join our Social Media Customer Support team in Porto. You will assist customers via social media and digital channels, delivering efficient solutions and excellent service.

A Lisbon training program starts in August/September with relocation support. Candidates must be fluent in French, have English B1/B2, type at least 20 wpm, and enjoy a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
