Tavrion Dynamics is seeking French-speaking professionals to join its Social Media Customer Support team in Portugal. You will assist customers through social media and digital channels, delivering efficient solutions and an excellent experience.

A 12-month renewable contract with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts starts with training in Lisbon. Base salary (€1,366.17 gross/month) plus a performance bonus, private health insurance, relocation support, and language classes.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• English level B1/B2 or higher.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions via social media and online channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Manage complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
• Communicate professionally, empathetically, and in line with quality standards.
• Follow company policies while achieving individual performance goals.
