Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking social media customer support specialist to assist customers through social channels, delivering timely solutions and excellent service.

The role requires working in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and training in Lisbon, Portugal. English B1/B2, typing skills, and strong communication are essential. Eligible candidates must be able to work in Portugal and relocate to Lisbon.

About the Position

We are looking for French-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join our Social Media Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start.

Please note:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Employment Details

• 12-month renewable contract.
• 40-hour workweek with rotating shifts (8 hours per day).

• Base Salary: €1,366.17 gross/month
