Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking French-speaking customer support professionals to join our Social Media Customer Support team. You will assist customers via social media and digital channels, delivering efficient solutions and a superior experience. The training program starts in August or September, based on availability.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French, written and spoken.
• English level B1/B2 or higher.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsabilidades
