Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1) with strong written and verbal communication; good command of English (B2).
• Proficient in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support activities.
• Able to work in Agile environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve incoming requests, incidents, and service inquiries across channels.
• Provide high-quality customer experience with timely support and proactive issue identification.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing for operational efficiency.
