Neotalent Conclusion in Lisbon is seeking a HelpDesk Technician to join our IT operations. You will provide onsite end-user support, covering hardware and software, and ensure a high-quality user experience in a dynamic enterprise environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage incidents and requests, and collaborate with local and global IT teams to keep devices secured and up to date. The role offers opportunities for growth and remote work possibilities.

Qualificações

• Experience in desktop support for enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.
• Familiar with ITSM processes (incidents, requests, assets).
• Ability to work with global IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, networking, printing, and apps.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Deploy and maintain end-user devices.
• Collaborate with local and international IT teams on projects.
