Ww Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to assist French-speaking customers and deliver clear, effective solutions in a professional, multicultural environment.

You will work on rotating shifts from 08:00 to 22:00, five days a week, on-site in Lisbon. Requirements include fluent French and English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and being based in Portugal.

Work Schedule: Monday–Sunday:

08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week;
8 hours/day;
2 rotating days off per week
