WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon to assist French-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive experience. The role is on-site at Sete Rios with a rotating schedule, including weekends.

Fluency in French and English (C1/C2) is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Based in Portugal, you will join a multicultural team and contribute to service excellence.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
