WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for the Lisbon area to assist French-speaking customers and deliver clear solutions. The role is based on-site in Sete Rios, Lisbon, with rotating 8-hour shifts and weekend work.

You will communicate in French and English, handle inquiries, and maintain a high standard of customer service in a multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
