Job summary

WW Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and deliver clear, effective solutions while ensuring a positive experience.

Based in Sete Rios, Lisbon on-site, you will work rotating shifts with weekends, earn a base salary of €1,100 plus a €150 language package, a €80 performance bonus, and a €7 daily meal allowance.

Fluency in French and English (C1/C2) and a customer-focused approach are required; relocation not provided.

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
