WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English. Based in Portugal, you will join an international team serving French-speaking customers and delivering clear, effective solutions in a multicultural environment.

This on-site role is in Sete Rios, Lisbon. Compensation includes a base salary of €1,100 gross per month (14-month), a €150 Language Package, a meal allowance of €7 per working day, and a performance bonus up to €80.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English for professional customer communication.
• Experience in customer service or support is a plus.
• Based in Portugal and able to work on-site in Lisbon.

Compensation & Benefits

• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
