WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to assist French-speaking customers from Portugal in an on-site Lisbon area role. You will handle inquiries, provide clear solutions, and deliver a positive customer experience.

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends, with a base salary of €1,100 gross per month plus a 14-month pay and additional language/meal benefits, in a multicultural environment.

Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal? Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional, multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
