WW Talents in Portugal seeks a Customer Support Advisor to assist French-speaking customers and deliver clear, effective solutions. You will handle inquiries, respond to requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a multicultural environment.

The role is based on-site in Sete Rios, Lisbon, with rotating shifts including weekends; fluency in French and English is required. Currently based in Portugal.

Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal? Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional, multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
