WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to assist French-speaking customers from Sete Rios, Lisbon, on-site. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction.

This role requires availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Compensation includes €1,100 gross monthly base, a 14th month, a €150 language package, a performance bonus up to €80,

• Bilingual in French and English at professional communication level (C1/C2).
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
