WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon to assist French-speaking customers, handling inquiries and delivering clear solutions for a positive experience. The role is based on-site in Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal, with rotating shifts and weekends.

Requirements include fluent French and English (C1/C2), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Currently based in Portugal.

Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal? Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional, multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week

Your Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and provide clear and effective solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
