WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to assist French-speaking customers from Lisbon, with on-site duties in Sete Rios. You will manage inquiries, deliver clear solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience in a multicultural environment.

The role requires fluency in French and English (C1/C2), strong communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. Currently based in Portugal, you will join an international team in a dynamic setting.

Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal? Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional, multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:€1,100 gross/*14-month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule:Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
