Eugenia Talent recherche un Customer Success Executive (h/f) en Portugal pour travailler en mode hybride à Lisbonne. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) parle couramment le français et possède un niveau avancé en anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et une forte orientation service.

Vous gérerez les relations clients via téléphone, email, Skype et chat, donnerez des informations sur les produits et tarifs, et contribuerez à l upselling tout en assurant le suivi et la saisie des

Qualificações

• Maîtrise parfaite du français et anglais avancé.
• Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.

Responsabilidades

• Contacter les clients par téléphone, e-mail, Skype et chat.
• Entretenir les partenariats et saisir les opportunités d upsell.
• Fournir des réponses sur les produits, les prix et la disponibilité.
• Enregistrer les détails et assurer le suivi de chaque dossier.
• Collaborer avec les services internes pour répondre aux besoins clients.
• Saisie de données dans différentes plateformes.
• Utiliser les techniques d upselling et cross-selling.
• Veiller à ce que les clients soient informés des innovations.
• Être l’ambassadeur de l’entreprise.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and French
