Ti occuperai di contattare clienti via telefono, email e chat, fornire informazioni su prodotto, prezzo e disponibilità e lavorare con i reparti interni per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.

Qualifications

• Eccellenti capacità comunicative in italiano e in inglese
• Madrelingua italiano; avanzato in inglese
• Eccellente etichetta telefonica e competenze interpersonali
• Capacità di multitasking organizzazione e prioritizzazione
• Esperienza in servizio al cliente o ospitalità sarà valutata

Responsibilities

• Comunicare con i clienti via telefono, email, Skype e chat
• Mantenere partnership e utilizzare upselling
• Fornire risposte su prodotto, prezzo e disponibilità
• Registrare dettagli e azioni su ogni caso
• Lavorare con reparti interni per soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti
• Inserimento dati su varie piattaforme
• Tecniche di upsell e cross-selling
• Garantire che i clienti conoscano le innovazioni aziendali
• Essere ambasciatore dell’azienda

• Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat
• Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely!
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Ensure all clients are aware of the company’s innovations

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in English
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in Italian
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued!
