Eugenia Talent is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Lisbon to support French-speaking clients via phone, email and chat, providing technical platform assistance and accurate CRM data. You will strive for high customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

Fluent French and English are required; CRM experience is a plus. The Lisbon office offers a modern workspace with nearby restaurants and a friendly team environment, plus initial training and ongoing learning opportunities.

The Offer:

• Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat
• Offer technical assistance on the platform
• Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
• Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
• Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
